How Price is Determined
You will get a quote after it is determined exactly what you want. This will include cost of materials, pattern cost if applicable, and labor cost that will vary between different items. The price decided is up to my discretion, and I generally have a flat rate for regularly made patterns. If something is out of your price range, I can work with you to find an alternative that I can charge less for.
Be prepared to also cover shipping cost. This will be added to your total after I finish the item and am given all the necessary details to create a shipping label with USPS. International shipping can be quite expensive.

Limitations
I am not currently taking original pattern commissions at this time. If I cannot make your desired item without at least modifying an existing pattern, I will not make it. This is subject to change in the distant future.
If the designer of a FREE pattern has requested that finished items made from the pattern not be sold, I will respect those wishes, and will not use that pattern. Please find someone who is willing to make it for you for free.
I will generally not do large clothing items like sweaters, skirts, and pants. They are so time consuming that I cannot realistically expect anyone to be able to pay me if I charge what they are worth.
Extra About Shipping
If the added shipping cost will be too much for you to pay for the total, I will hold onto your item as long as you need to be able to cover the cost. Your shipping label info will be saved to my USPS account until you are ready, and only then will I take payment, purchase the label, and ship out the package.
Payment is preferred through Cash App or Venmo, but can be taken through Ko-Fi or PayPal with an added fee. A privacy agreement will be necessary to protect my location information.
